RhythmSync — Research Box

Geometry-first measurement viewer. Input → state_vector s(t) ∈ Δ⁴ + geometry observables + (optional) physiology_pattern. No semantic labels. Not clinical. Not a diagnostic tool.
How to use: enter text → Analyze. The UI maintains a rolling window of the last ≤5 points to compute within-window dynamics.
Δt: if present, Δt_engine_ms is an engine timing statistic. Otherwise Δt_proxy_ms is a within-window convergence lag (t_convergence − t_now), defined in output (not a “precognition” claim).
Provenance: The physiological channels and normalization strategies were informed and validated against prior multimodal psychophysiology literature and datasets; full method and validation details are described in the associated manuscript/supplement.

Definitions (for interpretation)
  • state_vector s(t): 5D simplex coordinate (∑ sᵢ = 1), geometry-only (no semantic labels).
  • entropy: Shannon entropy H(s) = −∑ sᵢ log sᵢ.
  • dominance_ratio: max(s)/second_max(s).
  • distance_to_vertices: distances to simplex vertices v1..v5.
  • windowed_trial: within-window dynamics over last ≤5 points (path length, net displacement, velocity/curvature/volume proxies).
  • Δt_proxy_ms: t_convergence − t_now, where convergence = lowest entropy / highest dominance within window.

State-space trajectories (distance-to-vertices v1..v5 across window)
Each input adds one point. Curves show distance-to-vertices over the window. Geometry-only.
